Blog from Mrs Beebe & Mrs Holdsworth

Good morning Year 5. Thank you to all those children who have been emailing me their work and photographs. I am so proud of you all for completing your home learning tasks. Hannah and I have learned to play 'Rummy' this morning. We are actually devising our own board game called 'Monopoly Football' and then we will be writing a set of rules for it. However, we cannot find a dice anywhere so we are making our own from the net of a cube.

I am missing you all. I would love to hear from you so if you can send me an email even if it is just to say hello.

Love from Mrs Beebe.

Hello Year 5. I am just having an online ICT lesson with Mrs Coffey. I am learning how to do our blog. Fingers crossed it works. From Mrs BB!

Hello Year 5,

We hope you are all well and are behaving for your grown-ups.

We are both missing you all and can't wait to see your smiling faces.

We have put some activities to complete on the Home Learning page for Year 5 – we hope you manage to complete these and we look forward to seeing what you have done when we get back to school. If you want to do or are able to, you can always email some of your work to us using our class email address which is year5@st-michaelangels.lancs.sch.uk

If you are finding any of the tasks tricky, you mustn’t worry – just do what you can. You could always try the Home Learning from a previous year group.

Mrs Coffey has been very busy setting up our ‘Class Blog’ so that we can all keep in touch more easily during the school closure. We would love to know what you have been up to so feel free to post a comment on our blog – make sure you ask permission from a grown up first. You can also post any questions you have on the blog too.  Mrs Coffey is in the process of setting it up so that we can upload pictures.

We are both enjoying the work out with Joe Wicks every morning at 9am and we hope you are too. If you haven’t tidied your room last week, give it a tidy this weekJ.

We look forward to hearing from you soon.

Keep safe!

Love from Mrs Beebe & Mrs Holdsworth
