Good Morning Reception
I hope that you are all well, and have been trying to do some of the online learning. A special well done to all our class members who have been learning online in our first zoom phonics meetings where we have been learning about the ch and sh digraphs. Fantastic effort this week from Oliver Butler, Oliver Watson, Amelia, Tilly, Reggie, Henry, Chayse, Jack Thurston, Eliza, Tommy, Lyla, Jack Stevenson, Connor, Isaac, Jenson and Harry. Thank you so much to all the Mums and Dads for helping you to do your learning each week. I hope we can see lots more children from our class joining us each week. It has been wonderful to see all your smiley faces again.
I have been busy looking after my plants again, my peas are growing quite tall now, and the tomato plants are doing well also. I have been putting food out for the garden birds, as at the moment lots of new baby birds have been born. The other day I saw a mother bird feeding her young on the garden fence, they were both queueing up to be fed, but kept pecking each other as they were hungry. I was also lucky enough to have a woodpecker visit the garden, he really liked the peanuts and the fat best.
I have put plenty of new learning on the school website, for you to access. Or you can pop into school to collect a work pack from the office each week. I look forward each week to hear from you all so please e-mail me at email@example.com
Myself, Mrs Braddock, Mrs Handley and Miss Nayla miss you all so much, and hope to see you all back at school very soon.
Take care. Love Mrs Green
