Hello Reception,

I hope that you are all well, and have been trying to do some of the online learning. A special well done to all our class members who have been learning online in our  zoom phonics meetings where we have been learning about the ee, and oa digraphs and the trigraph igh. Fantastic effort this week from Tilly, Jack Stevenson,  and Isaac. Thank you so much to all the Mums and Dads for helping you to do your learning each week.  A big welcome back to all our class who have returned to school part time this week too, you have had a great first week back, I am really proud how you have all adapted to the changes in class. I know how much you enjoyed making your amazing spaceship and rocket models, we will make time for some Art work next week too.

I have had a very busy week in school this week, it has been so good to see some of you back in school, you have all grown so much over the past few weeks. I hope you all enjoyed the hottest days of the year so far, and managed to cool down in your paddling pools. I hope that things cool down a bit next week. I have been walking in the evenings and looking after my fruit and vegetables in the garden, this week I even managed to pick and eat my first strawberries. They were delicious.
