Hello Year 6,

Last week was a little strange at first with the setting up of the zoom maths sessions and I have to admit I was a little bit nervous about them. But the trials on Friday were a huge success and it was fantastic to actually see you all. I am so proud of everyone who came along to have a go and even though you may have felt a little anxious you all persevered and had a go at something we have never done before – Well done everyone. If you didn’t manage to attend, I will be running Zoom maths sessions this week on: - Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Please email me at: year6@st-michaelangels.lancs.sch.uk. for details if you haven’t received them already. You should by now have received an email with the details for Mondays session and you should know whether you are in group 1 at 11.00am or group 2 at 2.30pm.

Thank you to all the parents who supported the trial on Friday and all the positive feedback we received.

As usual there is also plenty of work to keep you busy on the year 6 home learning section of the school website and there are some amazing websites out there for you to access for free at the moment. 

Also don't forget to log onto Times Tables Rock Stars - Monday to Friday to play against friends in your class and maybe even me on ‘ARENA’:
