Hello Year 3
Hello Year 3
I hope you all have had a lovely Easter are keeping well and still behaving for your grown-ups.
I am missing you all and can't wait to see your smiling faces.
I have put some work for you to complete on the Home Learning page for Year 3 - I hope you manage to complete some of these and I look forward to seeing what you have done when we get back to school. If you are finding these tricky, don't worry! You could try the Home Learning from the previous year groups. All the work in English this week is based around ‘The Twits’ by Roald Dahl. I hope you enjoy it. In Maths we are looking at the most efficient methods for addition and subtraction. The grammar focus this week is the correct use of the determiners ‘a’ and ‘an’.
I would still love to hear from you all and see what you have been up to. If your grown-ups allow it, please leave me your comments and any questions you may have on our blog. You could also send me an email letting me know what you have been up to – I would love to hear from you. Ask a grown up to photograph some of your work and attach the pictures into an email. year3@st-michaelangels.lancs.sch.uk I could share these on our Year 3 blog so we can see what everyone has been up to. Thank you Aaron and Emily for your pictures. I am going to post them on the website today.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Keep safe!
Love from Mrs Coffey
